RETURN POLICY

Proposition Love is certain that you will be satisfied with the product you ordered. We guarantee that all items are top quality merchandise.

Proposition Love handles returns or exchanges for orders placed via this website. Do not contact retailers for issues with orders placed via this website.

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Defect in workmanship
  2. Wrong Item Shipped
  3. Personally Engraved and Special Order Items CANNOT be returned

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number. Click Here To Contact Us. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All items must be returned in a new, unused condition. All original tags must still be attached. Any product packaging in the way of gift pouches or boxes must also be returned.

Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

If the merchandise that you received was a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must then ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RMA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund an amount up to the cost that it cost us to ship the original order to you.

Return authorizations must be requested within 2 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for international orders.

Please include the following with your return:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RMA #)
  2. Invoice Number
  3. Item Number
  4. Name and Address
  5. Email Address
  6. Telephone Number
  7. Brief reason for your return.  Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, the product is to be shipped back to us with the product tag attached. The product must be unused and in the condition under which it was shipped.
  8. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product insured through a traceable carrier.

Please allow 7 days for your credit card reimbursement once Proposition Love receives the product.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
